is a partner in the Employment Law practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. He represents management in all aspects of employment law including wrongful discharge, discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblower and labor-management litigation in state and federal courts; unfair labor practice charges and other proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board; union organizing campaigns; labor negotiations; arbitrations; and proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Fair Employment and Housing Commission and wage-hour compliance agencies. His clients include major financial institutions, defense contractors, manufacturing companies, and entertainment companies, both domestic and foreign.
