We have a deep, longstanding commitment to making a difference for those in need in our communities. During the past year, we supported 144 charitable organizations around the world.
We support organizations that engage our people in meaningful legal pro bono or volunteerism work through targeted grants. We strive to direct at least 80% of our funding in our areas of CSR focus:
SUPPORTING OUR EMPLOYEES
We believe in supporting the causes dear to our employees’ hearts through our Employee Gift Matching Program. Each year, the Firm will match employees’ eligible charitable contributions up to $1,000 per employee per year.
In 2018 the program matched 473 gifts to 229 organizations around the globe, representing 7.4% of our overall giving portfolio.
