Our Clients Lead the Way: Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) Research Project
In partnership with the MCCA, we are embarking on a series of case studies to examine how corporations across industries are changing culture in their organizations. This project takes a focused and analytical approach to explore culture and the relationship between inclusion and diversity in an organization.

Our first case study focuses on the experiences of our client Boehringer Ingelheim. The case study draws on interviews with members of the legal team as well as professionals at different stages of their careers from the wider organization to give an overview of experiences of the culture regarding inclusion.

GC Diversity and Inclusion Report USA

To gain insights from general counsels at various organizations, we worked with the Legal 500 & GC Magazine to produce GC Diversity and Inclusion Report USA – an in-depth examination of the perspectives and innovative actions of the in-house legal community. This report features interviews with 20+ GCs and senior executives, as well as some Paul Hastings people, sharing how their focus on inclusion has created stronger corporate cultures and yielded better end-results. As part of this series, we also published additional case studies and trend reports to further explore how diversity and inclusion are positively impacting culture – and the bottom line.
