Paul Hastings Advises Infopro Digital on €620 Million High Yield Offering

Paul Hastings LLP advised Infopro Digital, a portfolio company of private equity fund TowerBrook that offers innovative B2B information and technology services and solutions for professional communities, in connection with the issuance of €620 million in aggregate principal amount of 5.500% senior secured notes due 2031. The financing also consisted of an amendment and extension to the company’s revolving credit facility.
