
Overview
Adrian Chiodo is a partner in the Global Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office.
Mr. Chiodo focuses his practice on cross-border leveraged finance across the capital structure, including private credit, U.S. and European term loan B, general banking, and corporate financings. He also advises on public-to-private transactions, restructurings, and post-IPO and project/infrastructure financings. Mr. Chiodo’s clients include a broad range of financiers (including key participants in the private credit market, along with commercial and investment banks), as well as issuers, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies.
