Overview
Alexandra Wingrove is an associate in the Paul Hastings Corporate Finance practice and is based in the firm’s Abu Dhabi office.
Alexandra advises leading commercial and investment banks, direct lenders and private credit funds, export credit agencies, sponsors, and corporate and sovereign borrowers on a broad range of debt finance matters, including acquisition finance, syndicated debt finance, restructuring transactions and Islamic finance. She has advised clients on both conventional and Sharia compliant transactions across the Middle East.

- Dar Al-Handasah Consultants Shair and Partners Holdings Ltd., on the acquisition of John Wood Group PLC, a global engineering business listed on the London Stock Exchange.
- Goldman Sachs Asset Management and HSBC Bank Middle East Limited, on a $90 million financing and capital investment arrangement in respect of Sunset Hospitality Group, a leading UAE -based hospitality provider.
- The lenders to AIR Group Ventures Limited, in relation to a $405 million senior term loan facility and $75 million revolving credit facility.
- The initial purchasers and lenders to Pure Gym, one of Europe’s leading gym and fitness operators, on its offering of €380 million Senior Secured Notes due 2028, £475 million Senior Secured Notes due 2028 and £175.5 million super senior revolving credit facility.
