Alexis Fishman is an associate in the Financial Restructuring group at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. Her practice focuses on advising sophisticated investors on debt financing transactions, refinancings, and both in-court and out-of-court restructurings.

Alexis received her law degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 2025, where she served as a senior articles editor on the St. John’s Law Review. During law school, she was a judicial intern for the Honorable Joan M. Azrack and the Honorable James M. Wicks of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Alexis earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Government and Law and Psychology from Lafayette College in 2022, graduating magna cum laude.
