Anna Ding is a senior China associate in the Corporate Department. Her practice focuses on initial public offerings and transactions related to the Hong Kong capital market, as well as providing post-IPO compliance services.
Anna passed the bar examination in China in 2020, but does not hold a current practicing certificate in China. Anna is fluent in English and Mandarin.
