Overview

Benjamin Stein is a Boston-based corporate partner at Paul Hastings. He advises privately held and publicly traded companies across the company life cycle, including formation and founder matters, venture capital and growth-stage financings, buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, SEC-registered offerings, SEC compliance and corporate governance.

In addition, Ben represents venture capital, private equity firms and large strategic institutions in connection with their investments in emerging growth and later-stage companies and M&A transactions.
