Overview

Braden Hasnay is of counsel in the Structured Credit practice and is based in the firm's New York office. His practice focuses on securitization and structured finance.

Mr. Hasnay has represented various financial institutions in their capacity as issuers, underwriters and investment managers in connection with collateralized loan obligation transactions.

He received his law degree magna cum laude from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as Notes and Comments Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Brooklyn College in 2008. Mr. Hasnay is admitted to practice law in New York.
