Brian Kwak is an associate in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Orange County office. His practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and financings.

Mr. Kwak received his law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2020, where he was a member of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Johns Hopkins University in 2014.
