Overview
Charles Lane is an associate in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office.
Charles represents REITs and a range of corporates on complex real estate matters, including portfolio acquisition and disposal, asset and portfolio management, landlord and tenant matters, and the real estate elements of M&A transactions. His experience includes work across specialist sectors such as senior healthcare, technology and retail.
In addition, Charles has acted for a broad range of clients on a pro bono basis in respect of real estate and other matters.
Before his current role, Charles worked as a paralegal and spent a year on secondment at asset management firm Hayfin Capital Management LLP.
