
Overview
Chris Pantuso is an associate in the Global Finance practice group and is based in the firm's New York office. His practice focuses on representing banks, alternative lenders, and other leading private credit providers in complex domestic and cross-border leveraged finance transactions. These include sponsor-led acquisition financings, recapitalizations, syndicated senior loan facilities, first lien/second lien, and asset-based credit facilities, in which he has experience negotiating and advising on credit and security documentation.
Mr. Pantuso has also represented corporations and financial institutions in connection with both in-court and out-of-court restructurings and workouts, including debtor-in-possession financings and exit financing strategies. He also has significant experience working across a variety of industries, including software and technology, energy, healthcare, life sciences, food and beverage, hospitality, media, and telecommunications.
Mr. Pantuso received his law degree from Cornell Law School in 2019, where he served as a Senior Editor on the Cornell Law Review. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Rutgers University in 2015. Mr. Pantuso is admitted to practice law in New York.
