Courtney Kinnely is an associate in the Structured Credit practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office, qualified in both New Zealand and Australia (NSW). Her practice focuses on securitisation and structured debt transactions, acting for arrangers, lead managers, originators and servicers across a variety of structures, including private warehouse securitisations, private revolving securitisations, forward flow transactions, public securitisations and portfolio acquisitions.

Courtney has worked on transactions relating to a wide variety of asset classes, with a focus on residential mortgages, consumer lending (including auto loans and unsecured consumer loans) and non-performing loans. Courtney also has experience with more bespoke or esoteric asset classes, including fund finance and specialty finance assets. 

Courtney has experience acting for banks, mortgage lenders, speciality lenders, specialty finance companies, credit funds and investment banks.
