Overview

Crispin Daly is an associate in the London office of Paul Hastings. His practice is focussed on contentious insolvency matters, where he acts for creditors (including creditors’ committees), insolvency office holders, agents, and debtors in relation to formal insolvency processes, informal arrangements, and related matters. He has significant experience with cross-border matters, including multi-jurisdictional disputes, parallel insolvency and restructuring processes, recognition and assistance of insolvency office holders, and enforcement. He also has considerable experience with litigation funding and after-the-event insurance, including acting on funded cases and acting for litigation funders.
