Damini Kunwar is an associate in the Litigation practice and is based in the firm's New York office. Her practice focuses on white-collar defense, internal corporate investigations, and government investigations.

Ms. Kunwar received her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2021. During her time in law school, she was an associate editor on the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law, and also served on the boards of the Penn Law When/How: Lawyering for Reproductive Justice chapter, Penn Law Women's Association, and Penn Law's South Asian Law Students Association. Ms. Kunwar earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the George Washington University, graduating summa cum laude.
