Darice Harris is an Attorney in the Transactional Services Center of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Houston office. Ms. Harris focuses exclusively on transactional due diligence and certain other transactional-based services. She currently supports the firm’s Real Estate practice.

Ms. Harris regularly performs transactional services including title, survey, and zoning diligence and negotiations, and lease review/abstracting.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Harris was Vice President, Legal Counsel, and Program Director for a local government corporation where she focused on real estate and compliance matters.
