Overview
Darren Zhuang is an associate in the Corporate Department at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Hong Kong office. Darren has extensive experience with U.S. and Hong Kong equity offerings. He has represented corporate clients across multiple industries in connection with public offerings, including technology, healthcare, consumer and entertainment. He also has considerable experience counselling publicly held companies on general corporate representation, compliance, disclosure matters and complex securities law issues.
Darren started his legal career in New York. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, he was an associate at the Beijing and Hong Kong offices of a leading U.S. law firm and at the Hong Kong office of a leading U.K. law firm. He is admitted as an attorney in the State of New York and as a solicitor in England and Wales. Darren passed the bar examination in China in 2017 but does not hold a current practicing certificate in China.
Darren is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
