Emily Borman is an associate in the Employment Law practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Los Angeles office. Ms. Borman represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues in state and federal court. Defending clients against class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) matters is a considerable part of Ms. Borman's practice.
