Emma Bannister is an associate in the Tax practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office. She has experience advising corporates, investment funds and real estate/infrastructure investors on private and public M&A transactions, restructures and complex transaction structuring.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Emma trained and qualified as a solicitor in the Band 1 Tax practice of a top-tier Australian law firm. She is admitted to practice in Australia.
