Etienne Mathey is a partner in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Paris office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital development, venture capital, LBOs, and securities law. Mr. Mathey also concentrates on the management of corporate conflicts, with both pre-litigation and litigation aspects.
