Evan Hays is an associate in Paul Hastings'' Fund Finance practice and is based in the firm''s New York office. His practice focuses on a wide range of fund finance transactions at all levels of the capital structure and each phase of a fund’s existence. His counseling involves the structuring and negotiation of revolving credit facilities, term loans, umbrella facilities, NAV-based lending arrangements, hybrid structures, fund of ones, separately managed accounts, management fee lines and other customized fund finance products.
