Overview
Freya Evans is an associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office.
Freya has a broad corporate practice with a particular focus on both public and private mergers and acquisitions. Her practice also covers joint ventures, investments and group restructurings, as well as general corporate and commercial advice, for a mix of financial sponsors and multinational corporations.
Freya has also spent time on secondment at Pemberton Asset Management, within the Investor Relations Department.
