Overview

Gianni Corleone is an associate in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office.

Gianni advises clients on a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, restructurings, joint ventures, development matters and complex real estate investments across multiple asset classes.

Gianni has significant experience representing financial institutions, developers, sponsors, investors and other market participants in connection with mortgage, mezzanine and construction financings, as well as portfolio and multi-property transactions involving mixed-use, hospitality, multifamily, office, retail and other commercial assets. Her practice also includes sponsor-side and equity transactions and development-related matters.

Gianni also has experience advising clients on zoning and land use matters, including development approvals and related regulatory considerations.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Gianni practiced at an international law firm where she focused on commercial real estate finance and development matters.
