Overview

Graham Rogers is of counsel in the Corporate Department, based in the Boston office. His practice focuses on the representation of high growth companies throughout the company life cycle, including formation and founder matters, venture capital and growth-stage financings, and buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Graham venture capital, growth equity and private equity investors in investments of all types, including majority and control equity investments.

Graham represents clients across a range of industries, including artificial intelligence, software, computing hardware, life sciences, fintech and retail. 

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Graham was an associate at two other international law firms.
