Overview

Ian Engstrand is a partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Boston office. He is focused on M&A, venture capital, corporate finance and securities transactions.

Ian advises public and private companies on a variety of matters, including M&A, corporate governance, company formations, seed, venture and growth equity financings. He represents companies in diverse industries such as AI, semiconductors, cybersecurity, data analytics, fintech, blockchain and digital currency, telecommunications, digital media, software, search, adtech, enterprise services and medical technology.
