
Overview
Irena Goldstein is an attorney in the Global Restructuring practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York Office. Ms. Goldstein has had significant roles in numerous large and complex bankruptcy cases and in out-of-court restructurings. In addition, Ms. Goldstein has substantial experience advising officers and directors of distressed companies.

Represented certain private equity sponsored companies in connection with their out-of-court restructurings;
Represented the Statutory Unsecured Creditors' Committee of MF Global Holdings, Inc., also pending before the Southern District of New York.
Represented The Royal Bank of Scotland, and numerous other creditors, in connection with their claims arising from derivative transactions with the Lehman Brothers affiliated debtors.
