Sanghun Justin Kim is an associate in the Litigation Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. His practice focuses on complex litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property matters in the fields of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.

Justin earned his law degree from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where he graduated as valedictorian and served as senior editor of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review. He obtained his M.Sc. from the University of Oxford in Global Health Science and Epidemiology in 2021 and graduated with a B.M.Sc. from Western University in 2020. Justin is admitted to practice law in New York.
