Kendall Russ is an associate in the Corporate Department at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Century City office. He regularly represents lending institutions, funds and companies on a variety of complex leveraged finance transactions, including domestic and cross-border acquisition financings, special situation lending and distressed debt transactions (including out-of-court restructurings).
