Kevin Brown is an associate in the Investment Funds & Private Capital practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. His practice focuses on advising and structuring various investment funds, including mutual funds, closed-end funds, interval funds, tender offer funds, exchange-traded funds, business development companies and their investment advisers.

Kevin received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where he served as an executive editor on the Northwestern University Law Review. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Pennsylvania State University. Kevin is admitted to practice law in New York.
