Kristy Wiehe is an associate in the Corporate practice and is based in the firm's San Francisco office. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate governance. Ms. Wiehe has experience representing corporate clients of all sizes, ranging from start-ups to Fortune Global 100 companies, in the technology, energy, hospitality, entertainment, medical, automotive, and financial services industries. Ms. Wiehe received her law degree from UCLA School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Entertainment Law Review. She earned a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University. Ms. Wiehe is admitted to practice law in California.
