Laura Jetter is an associate in the Securities and Capital Markets practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's San Francisco office. Her practice focuses on emerging growth companies and venture capital. Laura counsels companies from incorporation to late-stage fundraising and public company reporting.

Laura regularly represents both companies and investors through a variety of transactions including private financings, secondary transactions, tender offers and acquisitions, as well as corporate governance and compliance issues.
