Leah Felsher is an associate in the Fund Finance practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. Leah represents major financial institutions, private equity funds and other institutional investors on a wide range of fund finance matters, as well as real estate financings. Her practice includes representing clients in connection with subscription line credit facilities, hybrid facilities and preferred equity investments.
