Overview

Lillian Boodaghians is an associate in the Litigation Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. Lillian's practice focuses on complex litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property matters in the field of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.

Lillian received her law degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2021, graduating cum laude. While in law school, Lillian was a Decennial Fellow at the Center on Law and Information Policy, where she conducted research on online data privacy and security practices. Lillian was also a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal and interned at the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Southern District of New York.

Lillian graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Bioengineering from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2015. Prior to law school, Lillian worked as product development engineer at a major biotechnology company, contributing to several FDA submissions and approvals. 

Lillian is admitted to the State Bar in New York.
