Overview

Luke Iovine is a partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions group of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office.

Mr. Iovine's practice is primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, and general corporate matters in the United States and Latin America. He represents public and private companies in mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions, and a variety of other joint venture, business combination, and restructuring transactions (including the representation of debtors and creditor committees in connection with 363 sales and other asset dispositions). He has represented numerous companies and investors in the commercial real estate, telecommunications, data center, media, financial services, and other industries.
