
Overview
Marion Rivasi is an associate in the Investigations & White Collar Defense practice and is based in the firm's Paris office.
Marion represents companies and individuals at all stages of criminal proceedings. She also advises large groups on procedures initiated by multilateral development banks including the World Bank, African Development Bank and others.
Marion assists major French and international groups in setting up compliance programs and regularly conducts internal investigations.
She also has developed experience in the French duty of care (Devoir de vigilance) and related litigation.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Marion worked for several years at an international business law firm in Paris and later at the white-collar boutique firm Antonin Lévy & Associés.
