Overview
Marion Rivasi is an associate in the Investigations and White Collar Defense practice and is based in the Paris office.
Marion represents companies and individuals at all stages of criminal proceedings. She also advises large groups on procedures initiated by multilateral development banks including World Bank, African Development Bank, and others.
Further, Marion assists major French and international groups in setting up compliance programs and regularly conducts internal investigations.
Finally, Marion has developed expertise in the French duty of care (Devoir de vigilance) and related litigation.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Marion worked for several years in an international business law firm in Paris, then in the white-collar boutique Antonin Lévy & Associés.
