Marisa Sherman is an associate in the Employment Law practice and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Ms. Sherman has experience representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, and harassment matters, in both class action and single-plaintiff matters. Ms. Sherman also has experience counseling on employment issues such as wage and hour laws and preparing handbook policies.
Ms. Sherman earned her law degree from University of California, Los Angeles School of Law and received a Bachelor of Arts degree (with distinction) from University of Iowa in both Communication Studies and Ethics/Public Policy. Ms. Sherman is admitted to practice law in California.
