Melina Bheekhun is of counsel in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office. She is a securitisation and structured finance lawyer working across a number of asset classes with a particular focus on CLOs and CLO warehouses.

Melina has advised arranging banks, managers and lenders, including Barclays, BNP Paribas, Jefferies, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Citi, Bank of America, CVC, JP Morgan, Arini, Arcano, Sona and Royal Bank of Canada.

Melina has previously spent nearly two years on three secondments with arranger banks, two of which focused on CLOs.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Melina trained and worked at two U.S. law firms in their London offices and worked at the Financial Ombudsman Service for five years.
