Meredith Celi is an associate in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. Her practice focuses on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, debt financing, data center financing, secondary-market transactions and preferred equity investments.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Meredith worked as a transactional paralegal in various big-law settings and assisted with diligence and title and survey review in connection with real estate financings.

Meredith graduated magna cum laude from the Elizabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2023. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Berkeley College in 2011. She is admitted to practice law in New York.
