Nathan Haddad

Associate, Real Estate Department

Overview

Nathan Haddad is an associate in the Real Estate department and is based in the firm's Century City office. His practice focuses on helping clients obtain land use entitlements and related approvals from government agencies for a wide range of development projects, including litigation arising out of such processes. He is also a registered lobbyist in the state of California.

Nathan received his law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2025, where he served in leadership roles for the Student Bar Association, Sports Law Society, Spotlight Entertainment Law Journal and Office of Student Life and Community Engagement. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations, summa cum laude, from the University of Florida in 2021. Prior to law school, Nathan gained public-sector experience and worked across political campaigns in operations and field-organizing roles. He later represented clients in residential transactions as a licensed real estate professional.
