Orla Cooke is an associate in the Investment Funds & Private Capital practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office.
Orla specializes in the structuring, formation, fundraising and operation of investment funds, co-investment vehicles and segregated mandates across various asset classes, including direct lending, credit opportunities, distressed debt and unitranche strategies. She has mainly advised U.S. and European fund sponsors and investment banks.
During her secondment to Pantheon, Orla advised on fund formation and global fundraising with a focus on open-ended and semi-liquid structures, including Luxembourg Part II UCIs.
