Overview

Rachel Klein is an associate in the Entertainment & Media practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Century City office. Rachel represents a wide range of entertainment industry clients, including studios, production companies, large-scale technology companies, talent firms, financiers, producers, and institutional and individual investors, with respect to complex corporate transactions in the entertainment industry, as well as general corporate counseling. She has particular experience in mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, sports investments, advertising and sponsorship deals, and strategic corporate joint ventures. She also has experience negotiating producer, director and writer deals for film and television projects.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Rachel was an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions group with a focus on Entertainment, Sports and Media investments at another international law firm in New York City. Rachel received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law.
