Rahul Sagar is an associate in the London office of Paul Hastings.

Rahul has a strong track record of advising lenders, investors, stakeholders, and sponsors on complex financings and restructurings involving a broad range of asset classes.

Before joining Paul Hastings, Rahul served as in-house counsel at a global investment manager, and prior to that, practiced at a Magic Circle law firm where he was responsible for managing several high‑value transactions for market leading institutions.
