Rebecca Farber is an attorney in the Employment Law practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office.
She represents employers in all aspects of employment law litigation, including race, age, gender, and disability discrimination; sexual harassment; wage and hour; leave; and compliance matters. Ms. Farber has experience representing employers in various federal courts and federal and state administrative agencies. She has achieved complete summary judgment victories for employers in many cases, including those involving claims of race and age discrimination.
Ms. Farber received her B.A. in Political Science from Tufts University, magna cum laude, in 1995. She received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1998. Ms. Farber is admitted to the Georgia and District of Columbia Bars.
She is admitted to practice in all Georgia state courts, the Northern and Middle districts of Georgia, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
