Overview
Rémi Pison is an associate in the Tax practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Paris office.
He advises French and international companies on their day-to-day tax matters, as well as in the context of tax audits and litigation. He is also experienced in transactional tax matters, acting for both industrial clients and private equity funds.
Rémi regularly advises management teams on the implementation of management packages and the optimization of their tax position in LBO transactions. He is also involved in the tax structuring of complex transactions, working closely with the firm’s other practice groups to ensure the legal security and tax efficiency of such operations.
