A. Richard Harris is an Associate in the Corporate practice and is based in the firm's Boston office. His practice focuses on representing and advising private companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies with various transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, venture capital financings, and other complex transactions.

Richard regularly advises clients across a variety of industries, including technology, software, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products.

Richard received his law degree from Boston College Law School in 2022. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Union College in 2014. Prior to attending law school, Richard worked as a consultant for two international accounting firms where he primarily focused on financial statement audits, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, cybersecurity, and data privacy.
