Richard Nellari is an associate in the Litigation practice and is based in the firm's Palo Alto office. His practice focuses on intellectual property and technology matters with an emphasis on patent litigation.
Mr. Nellari received his law degree in 2019 from UCLA School of Law, where he was a managing editor of the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. During law school, he interned with a patent prosecution firm, an in-house legal team, and with the Honorable Jacob Blea III at the Superior Court of Alameda County in California. Mr. Nellari earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Cell Development Biology from University of California, Santa Barbara in 2016. Mr. Nellari is admitted to practice law in California.
