Overview

Ron Ben-Yehuda is an of counsel in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Los Angeles office. He focuses on transactional intellectual property and has more than 20 years’ experience structuring and negotiating transactions to commercialize intellectual property, technology, content, brands, and other assets. Mr. Ben-Yehuda’s practice focuses on domestic and international licensing, development, services, marketing, and distribution transactions, as well as joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. Before joining Paul Hastings, he was general counsel of two technology companies.
