Ryan Montefusco is an of counsel in the Financial Restructuring group at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. He represents private equity and other investment firms, corporations, partnerships and individuals in complex commercial litigation, arbitration and regulatory proceedings. Ryan has extensive experience counseling clients in high-stakes business disputes, restructurings, distressed situations and investigations.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ryan clerked for the Honorable Katharine S. Hayden of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and for the Honorable Maryanne T. Barry of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
