Ryan Post is Of Counsel in the Private Equity practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office.

Ryan’s practice focuses on advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a variety of transactional matters, including leveraged buyouts, equity investments, joint ventures, recapitalizations, add-on acquisitions and exits. Ryan also represents clients in connection with corporate governance and compliance matters. His experience spans a wide range of industries, including asset management, insurance, wealth management and other financial services subsectors, healthcare, energy and manufacturing.
